Elizabeth OrthSenior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer
Ms. Orth has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer since April 2015. Previously, she served as Vice President, Customer Operations supporting our business care, repair and help desk organizations since July 2013. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President of Consumer Customer Support from January 2011. Ms. Orth has been employed by us in a variety of operational roles since the merger of EarthLink Network, Inc. and MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. in February 2000. Prior to that she was an employee of MindSpring beginning in 1997.
